Outfit | Pink Vibes

On very rare occasions I step away from the t-shirt and old jeans combos, with no boots or Converse - strange times.   On this occasion it was for a family party, I hit the red end of the colour spectrum with a pink and burgundy combo. Minimal details let all the colours do the chatting, safe option.

Coat - Topshop
Jumper - Topshop
Trousers - Zara
Heels - Dune (stolen from my Mam)

With the outfit being a little plain I jazzed it up slightly with some sparkley ears. Nude sparkles are a great piece for the festive period, easy to match with lots of outfits.

Spring Shoe

Who wouldn't love some pom pom shoes??
These are a really fun and funky wardrobe piece. I love them for spring, they are slip on so wet or cold days aren't the best in them.
They're a cool piece to have, they bring something different to any outfit. For me I wear them with mom fit jeans - I like the contrasting colours of the monochrome shoes with the denim jeans.

How I Style My Metallic Skirt

For me bold pieces like a gold metallic midi-skirt need to be handled with cation. You don't want to look like you're in fancy dress but its a fun piece so enjoy it but keep it looking good.

I styled mine with a plain black body/top from Topshop with a leather jacket and some red mules. The red mules complement the gold and brings a little colour pop into the outfit.

Gingham and Pom Poms

Gingham is a massive trend, at first I was pretty on the fence with it. Its grown on me, so I purchased my first bit of gingham since primary school - who remembers them dresses??

I opted for something that is super me. Some pom pom gingham flares trousers, could they me any more perfect???

I purchased these from Zara as well as the red shoes. The trousers look really good with a bold colour shoe!

Trip to London

So my boyfriend and I decided after getting back from Amsterdam in August that we kind of needed another little break away, hello London. We booked up and off we went. Whenever we go anywhere we never really have a lot planned and we kind of just see what we can find. I've been to London 3 times previously and it's my most favourite place in the work, living there is life goals. Previously I've kind of just stuck to Oxford Street and Soho-ish. This time we kind of ventured out and saw some new things. This is the first time I've ever seen Big Ben properly?? How weird.

We also conveniently visited London on the weekend of London Fashion Week, which was actually a total accident! After seeing people who were there for fashion week I felt so inspired. I'm a full on fashion fail to be honest and its really opened my eyes to styling and being a bit more stylish, about time to be honest!! I was even so sad to make a list of different clothing I saw and liked on all the fashiony people. One day I would love to be in London for Fashion Week and not just admiring from a distance!
