Mac Haul

Mac has always been a brand that I've dipped into every now and again but don't actually own that much stuff. I've had a little list of things I'd like to try and before Christmas I decided just to go for it and get what I want.

So firstly I got the Studio Fix Foundation in the shade NW18. I've previously had the foundation and really liked it, although last time I was matched with NC15. I decided to go with a darker shade this time just from judging the colour last time, although I do have pale skin sometimes pale shades just make me look grey and a lil dead. This shade is darker than my natural skin tone but not massively that I look tangoed, just a nice amount of extra colour to look a lil brighter.

Fixing sprays are products I don't really have much to do with. I thought I'd try it since its one of them products thats always used in makeup tutorials. In my previous experience I haven't really been able to tell any difference when using fixing sprays but I'll give this one a try.

For a while I've been wanting to play with new highlighters. Highlighting is a huge makeup trend and I feel really late on the bandwagon. Powder highlighters aren't always make fave, they can look cakey and dull at times. This one look promising, I opted for the shade Soft and Gentle.

Primers are products that I'm always willing to experiment with, I think its because I haven't yet found my number 1. I opted for the Grapefruit and Chamomile, just because my cleanser contains chamomile and is great on my skin!

I have a few Mac Lippies and I love them, so I added to the collection with Honey Love. Its a shade I've noticed popping up here and here.

Admittedly I only purchased this because I read in a magazine that it was a good one to have. A nude lip pencil will never go a miss. In the shade Spice.

Samples
I always love that you get free samples with Mac purchases! I received Strobe Cream, Mascara and Primer

Oxford Street/Christmas Lush Haul

Well it's been an awfully long time since I've posted about Lush so here a massive post about me spending far too much money on bath bombs, yet again. I visited London around 2 weeks ago and on the day I decided to hit Oxford Street was also the day that Lush were launching their 2016 Christmas collection, Christmas in September yeah please.

I'm just going to get on with it..

Bubble Bars

Candy Mountain - My most favourite bubble bar, I literally live on the Snow Fairy scent during the festive season. Who doesn't want a pink bubble bath that smells like sweeties??
The Christmas Penguin - How cute is he?? It is a she, idk I'm just saying he. I had this last year and its a pretty clean smell, nothing strong or overpowering put fresh and uplifting. Makes your bath look like a blue lagoon too.
Sparkly Pumpkin - Got my camera, floor and jeans covered in gold glitter thanks to this one. This is part of the autumn/halloween collection. A newby for me!

Magic Wand - My most favourite lush product! I had loads of these last year and plan on doing the exact same this year! Again this is the Snow Fairy scent but I like these because they last for so long!
Santasaurus - Look at this!! Probably my favourite this year, who doesn't want a Christmas Dinosaur??
Jester - Even with bells attached. A little cute clown one! Bubble bars on sticks are the ones to go for, last ages.

Ruby Red Slipper - I really love this!! A new one for me and it's a cute little Dorothy slipper because who doesn't watch the Wizard of Oz at Christmas??
Peeping Santa - A much loved one from last year, a bright red bath who doesn't love it.

Bath Bombs

Never Mind the Ballistics - A totally new one for me. This on interested me because the top pink half is like a solid oil then the bottom like a normal bath bomb. I feel like this will be a really good one for skin!
Northern Lights - Another newby, I'm really hopeful that this one is really colour colours!
Pumpkin - Another from the Autumn/Halloween collection and also another new one for me.

Mistletoe - The only bath bomb that I have actually used! This is a bright pink one and I really enjoyed it, the only thing is I did was my hair in the bath water and it has left my nearly white hair with a pink shine but I kind of really love it -free hair dye? Yea plz.
Autumn Leaf - Autumn collection again. This is a really big bath bomb in my opinion it's like bigger than my hand. I think this is the only bath bomb that I might manage to half and use twice, alway really bad at that.
Shoot for the Stars - A new one to me, I'm hoping this is going to be a bright blue with gold glitter?? Gotta have faith and all that

The bestest Lush product ever, stock up while they're in store!! Only out at Christmas time.

Pay Day Haul

The bestest time of the month ever has finally came round once again after a forever long wait, so I obviously took a day off work to celebrate it. Pay day.

Topshop

I have a weird lack of jewelry, its just not something I really buy for myself and normally only wear things if they're bought for me. SO while in topshop, these caught my eye. I really like the look of thin chokers and my old one has definitely had its day, so I bought this for £6. And to wear with it, a multi chain necklace that I couldn't see on the website! But it was £8.50.

This time of the year is that awkward weather period, you know when its like get your shorts on then the next day you have your winter coat back on? Yeah, that. So as a kind of transition jacket thats not a winter jacket but is warm enough to survive British weather. Looks cool too. Buy online for £39.

River Island

Well check me out actually keeping up with fashion trends, kind of. I've seen these floaty off the shoulder tops all over lately, and I really like them. I got this one(excuse the creases) from River Island for £25 .

Lush

A rebuy of the pearl massage bar from lush. If you haven't tried this you really need to its amaze. Buy online for £6.50

A bath bomb that was new to me so I obviously need to give it a try. This is the Lava Lamp bath bomb which looks like it will make ya bath look cool and the smell reminds me of dragon egg! Buy online for £3.95.

Superdrug

When buying fake tan I normally play it safe and stick to what I know with Bondi Sands so I've tried to break the mould and got some NKD SKN for £9.95.

And lastly my hair essential, I use this every single day so I'm just stocking up for a rainy day. Buy online.

Oxford Street Lush Haul

While i was in London I obvs had to go to the Lush shop for all of the exclusives!

Marilyn Hair Treatment

Now that I'm a blondie, Marilyn hair treatment appealed to me. This is a 20 hair treatment to remove yellow tones from your hair, which is what I need at the moment. I don't know if this is an exclusive for Oxford Street but oh well lol.

Charity Pot

The Charity Pot isnt an Oxford Street exclusive, I just ran out of it. A moisturizer that's always in my bag or on my dresser, really good for hands and a good cause!

Bath Melts

I'm pretty sure that some of these are exclusives, I know Lush have done bath melts at Oxford Street for a while and have brought some out in all store but some of these I've never seen before.

Melting Marshmallow Moment B

How good is that title though?

Delight

If you dont want your bath to be glittery for the next week do not buy.

I Am A Radiant Being

This reminded me of snow fairy a bit, it's cute too.

Sacred Lotus Bath Bomb

This is by far the most aesthetically pleasing bath bomb that I've ever used and I've had a shit load of bath bombs in my time.

Cyanide Pill Bath Bomb

Giant bath pill thats cool

Supertramp Bubble Bar

The title is very fitting, for me anyway.

Divination Bubble Bar

Am I the only one who thinks this looks like some weird tampon, carrot thing?? Many questions, smells good though.

Little Dragon Bubble Bar

So do you use them both at the same time or rip the cardboard?? Again many questions but its a sparkly dragon so,

Yes I'm obsessed with Lush and I dont even care.
Thanks for reading

Haul | This Week

So sticking to my new year's resolution, I've decided to join a gym and try to get healthy. So I obviously need new gym clothes to make it slightly more enjoyable. I've always really liked the Stella Sport collection for Adidas, i already have the joggers so i thought why not buy the top too.

And sticking to the subject of health and wight loss I also got the Cute Nutrition Vanilla Shake. This is a meal replacement shake, which always have mixed reviews but since I never eat breakfast I suppose having a shake is better than having nothing at all.
This is a brand thats fairly new but so far so good!

As you may, or may not, know I've dyed my hair blonde which was a pretty drastic change for me since my hair has always been so dark. I'm kind of experimenting with different hair products and toners at the moment. Will be a review coming soon!

Bleach London hair Crayons, they seems fun and something a bit different, also the red is apparently a great lipstick!!

And to finish things off, I also got this matte finish lipgloss from Bourjois in the shade 'Hot Pepper'.

Lush Haul

A quick little post about a few things I've picked up from Lush this weekend, including some of the new Easter range.

Bunch of Carrots bubble bar, a Lush Easter staple. Although I do like the colours of this year.
Buy online and for more info click here

Humpty Dumpty bath bomb, this is something that I've never seen before in Lush. I don't know if I'm missing something but I'm struggling to see the link to Easter but nevertheless, this looks like it would make lovely colours in the bath and smells of caramel. When i picked this up, I thought it was the bath bomb from last year where there was a smaller bath bomb inside and wasn't until I got home until realised it wasnt lol.

The most glittery bath bomb ever. My camera is covered in gold glitter. So, this was out last year too but its the first time that I've tried it. It seems so moisturising and full of good oils.
Buy online or for more info click here.

I normally stick with the Love Lettuce mask so, since I've never came across this one yet i thought i would give it a try.
